  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are required to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue before the return is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the same method used for payment. Since we only offer cash on delivery.
  • Refunds cannot be issued if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or if the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
